Did you know that the implications of the NBN-ZTE deal is deeper than we all thought? It is not just about truth, integrity and honesty amidst the countless accusations of corruption. The issue here is larger than that. This does not only involve kickbacks and treachery, otherwise we can just brush aside the sensationalism it brings to our Philippine Politics. But it involves you and me. Yes, all of us Filipinos are dragged into this issue whether we like it or not. Apparently, China has been giving the Philippine Government so many favors lately that one may wonder if the reason behind the sudden surge of financial aid is something precious to China?s survival as a nation. I don?t know if you have already seen this episode of the Correspondents aired weeks ago in ABS-CBN, because if this is all true, then I think every Filipinos should stand up for what our constitution is stating. The conspiracy and treason involved in this large-scale compromise of territorial boundaries is very alarming. Watch and tell me what you think.
